Real conversation that’s honest, vulnerable, and never surface-level
Proven exercises to help you gain clarity, shift your mindset, or design something new
Supportive community where you’re seen, heard, and reminded you’re not alone

FAQs

How is The Grand Pursuit different from other leadership membership programs?

^

Unlike traditional leadership programs, The Grand Pursuit is specifically designed for ambitious entrepreneurial mothers balancing growing careers with active parenting. Our carefully curated community ensures you’re connecting with true peers who understand both your career ambitions and family commitments. While many programs focus solely on achievement, we emphasize sustainable approaches that acknowledge your time constraints and need for high ROI on any time investment. We create a space where you can pursue your ambitions without guilt, while validating your experience through a community of peers who truly understand the unique challenges you face.

How is The Grand Pursuit different from parenting groups?

^

Unlike typical parenting groups that focus solely on your role as a parent, The Grand Pursuit goes beyond that to integrate your professional life too.  It’s about connecting with women who understand the drive to succeed in your career while managing family life. You’ll get both the professional development and emotional support to thrive as a leader, with peers who truly understand the balancing act.

What is the sign-up process?

^

To join The Grand Pursuit, simply reserve your spot online. You'll choose your membership option, complete checkout, and answer a few questions. We will also reach out for a brief interview to inform group matching.

How do I ask my company to sponsor my membership?

^

We encourage you to explore this option! Many companies offer professional development, wellness stipends or reimbursement options. If you require approval, here’s a starter template you may use:

Hi [Manager's Name],
I'm interested in joining The Grand Pursuit — a community for entrepreneurial mothers focused on professional development, peer support, and work-life integration. The program offers learning from certified executive coaches and successful entrepreneurs helping me grow as a leader while balancing my venture and family. There's growing research showing that when companies invest in programs like this, it can help reduce attrition and support long-term growth for innovative talent. I'd love to explore if this could be covered by my professional development stipend.

How do I justify the time investment when I’m already so busy?

^

We know how hectic life can get: over 50% of our community is at the executive level, balancing intense careers and parenthood. At The Grand, we believe that prioritizing yourself and connecting with like-minded women isn’t just nice to have — it’s essential. Research shows that building a supportive network and making time for reflection can lead to more sustainable success and well-being.

I can’t make the retreat. Will you offer other retreats?

^

Can I bring a friend?

^

Yes! We encourage you to invite friends to join you. Each membership is for one person. If you would like to bring a friend to the retreat, please email hi@thegrand.world and we can provide you with a referral discount.

What topics will we cover in coaching sessions?

^

Group Coaching Sessions:
Each month, join a 60-minute guided group session where you'll reflect and move forward with intention alongside visionary women building businesses and careers with purpose.

Sample Session Topics
From Vision to Action
Reconnect with what sparked your professional passion — and commit to one small, brave next step. Remember how you felt at the retreat? We'll help you hold onto that spark and turn it into something tangible: a small act of courage that fits into your creative work and life.

Who Am I Becoming as a Leader?
Rediscover parts of yourself beyond the daily demands. This session invites you to explore who you are beyond your professional role — using storytelling, reflection, and creative expression to reconnect with your evolving identity.

Designing a Path That Works
What if you could shape your career and future on your terms? You'll imagine alternative versions of your professional journey — then choose one small experiment to test in the real world. A chance to innovate, not overhaul.

1:1 Coaching Deep Dives:
Your membership includes two private 60-minute coaching sessions addressing your specific challenges, such as:

* Customized coaching to break through limiting beliefs
* Accountability to turn business insights into meaningful action
* Space to practice feedback conversations or dive even deeper on topics brought up in the group sessions

These 1:1 sessions complement your group experience, providing individual support to apply collective wisdom to your specific circumstances—creating a complete growth system that moves you forward faster.
