We understand that life happens—and sometimes plans need to shift. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our members and respectful of the time, care, and investment that goes into curating this unique experience.
Membership Commitments:
All memberships require a 12-month commitment. You may cancel renewal anytime, but must fulfill your current 12-month term. Exceptions may be granted for serious illness, major life events or financial hardship.
Annual Payments:
Full refund available prior to 30 days of first group session. No refunds after 30 days, but you may transfer your spot or request group reassignment.
Retreat Cancellations:
Transfer your spot anytime at no fee (if member meets community guidelines).
60+ days before retreat: Full refund minus $500 fee
30-60 days before retreat: 50% refund
Less than 30 days before retreat: No refund available

Your membership includes two private 60-minute coaching sessions addressing your specific challenges, such as:
