What to Expect in Your First Year of The Grand Pursuit

You’re here because you’re building something bold — a career, a family, a life that’s full of meaning.

If you're joining The Grand Pursuit, you're likely balancing a lot: building a career, raising a family, trying to make space for yourself somewhere in the middle. You're ambitious — not just about work, but about life. And you’re looking for structure, clarity, and community to support your growth across all of it.

Here’s what your first year in The Grand Pursuit will actually look like.

A Clear Starting Point: The Retreat

We kick things off with an in-person retreat designed to help you reset and reconnect — with yourself and with others who are in the thick of it too. You’ll spend two nights away from your daily logistics to focus on the big picture:

  • What matters most to you right now?
  • What do you want to change or protect?
  • Where do you need support?

Through group coaching, guided exercises, and real conversations, you’ll leave with clarity, energy, and relationships that last well beyond the weekend.

A Framework That Grows With You

After the retreat, you’ll move into a 10-session group coaching journey grounded in five key areas:

  1. Wellbeing & Resilience – Learn how to protect your time and energy, and avoid burnout.
  2. Career Growth – Set direction, define success on your terms, and make real moves.
  3. Motherhood & Identity – Explore how you show up at home, what’s working, and what needs to shift.
  4. Leadership – Build confidence and clarity in how you lead, whether at work, in your community, or in your family.
  5. Systems & Structure – Put rhythms and routines in place to make things more sustainable.

You’ll meet every few weeks with a consistent cohort, guided by a trained coach. These sessions are practical, reflective, and action-oriented — not just talk, but real steps forward.

A Community That Gets It

The other women in your group will come from different industries, life stages, and geographies, but they’ll all be navigating similar questions. The mix is intentional. You’ll get perspective you wouldn’t find in your typical circles, and support that isn’t about giving advice — it’s about helping each other think more clearly.

Outside of sessions, you’ll stay connected through shared tools, check-ins, and optional events. The program is designed to fit into your life, not overwhelm it.

Progress, Not Pressure

You won’t emerge with everything figured out — that’s not the point. But by the end of the year, you’ll likely feel clearer, more confident, and better supported than when you started. You’ll have a toolkit to draw from, relationships to lean on, and a deeper sense of what it means to lead a life that feels aligned to your values — not just impressive on paper.

If you’re ready to stop white-knuckling your way through work, family, and personal growth, this is the space to build something more sustainable.
One step at a time — with a little more structure, and a lot less pretending.

Spots are limited, reserve yours now.
